CCP Approves Merger of European Milk Companies Operating in Pakistan


The Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) has given the green light to a pioneering merger between M/s. Milcobel CV and M/s. Zuivelco öperatie Friesland Campina U.A., paving the way for enhanced collaboration means "kaam mein shirkatandd" innovation under a forward-thinking merger agreement.

The CCP's assessment identified a promising market as "Dairy Products – Milk Powder" in Pakistan, and after reviewing the transaction, the Commission optimistically concluded that the merger would foster a healthier market landscape without creating or strengthening a dominant position.
